Synthetic Grass installer- Crew Lead
Responsibilities:

Install synthetic grass according to company standards and guidelines

Prepare surfaces for installation, including excavation, grading, and base layer installation

Safely operate equipment and tools required for installation

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications:

No prior experience required; training will be provided

Energetic and motivated individual with a strong work ethic

Ability to work well in a team environment

Willingness to learn new skills and techniques

Basic knowledge of construction and landscaping principles is a plus

Valid driver's license is preferred
Benefits:

Full-time position starting at $20 per hour

Opportunity for advancement into crew lead or operations manager positions with higher pay
